Dear ICS School Families,
We are excited to share some wonderful updates to our preschool program as we continue to grow and enhance the experience for our youngest learners!
Beginning next school year, we are introducing new enrichment opportunities designed to support development, learning, and kindergarten readiness—while also offering greater flexibility for families.
For our 4-year-old students:
Currently, students attend Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:15 AM–3:15 PM. Moving forward, families will have the option to add Tuesday, Thursday, or both days for Kindergarten Readiness (Enrichment). These additional days will provide targeted learning experiences to help students build confidence and skills as they prepare for the transition to kindergarten.
For our 3-year-old students:
Currently, students attend Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 AM–11:15 AM. We are now offering the option for students to stay for the full day (until 3:15 PM) for Preschool Enrichment. This extended time will allow for deeper engagement through play-based learning, social development, and hands-on activities.
These enhancements are designed to meet the needs of our families while providing even more opportunities for growth, discovery, and joyful learning. Please share this exciting news around our Port Clinton Community with family and friends.
